Pri And Prejudice Bahasa Indonesia (mobi) Rar Download Ebook Full Version

"Pride and Prejudice" is one of the most famous novels in English literature, published by Jane Austen in 1813. It is a story of five sisters-Jane, Elizabeth, Mary, Catherine and Lydia Bennet who are raised with great wealth in England. However, they lack any true direction or purpose in life until Mr. Bennet brings home his new wife's niece from America-a handsome woman named Miss Caroline Bingley. The rest of the story follows how all these relationships unfold when something unexpected happens when Mr. & Mrs. Bennet's second daughter Elizabeth meets Mr. Darcy who has just arrived home from the American Colonization Society after having spent 8 years in India. The book then takes us through the relationship between Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy as they navigate through the social circles of their society until one day, Elizabeth's mother gives instructions to her daughter to visit Pemberley to see if Mr. Darcy is too ill to attend a ball. However, what happens when Elizabeth arrives at Pemberley is something magical, unimaginable and unexplainable; it changes her life for all time. The story is set in the country of England, in the town of Hertfordshire, near London. It was published in 1813 when Austen was 42. Her final completed manuscript was submitted August 1813, to the publisher George Murray. The book was not found in Murray's library until almost 40 years later when it appeared in an edition edited by Austen's nephew, James Edward Austen-Leigh. Austen died at age 41 on July 18, 1817. Her novels were immediately popular upon publication and have continued to be so over two centuries after publication, with Pride and Prejudice being no exception. Pride and Prejudice is one of the most reprinted books in English literature. To date it has been translated into every major language of the world. Austen's plots often include a sense of irony and unexpected twists. Pride and Prejudice is a story of romance, money, social status and class. A central theme in the story is the relationship between love ("relationships" as opposed to physical relationships) and class. Mr Darcy, as a member of the upper class, aspires to marry above his station, marrying for love rather than financial security or social status. By contrast, Elizabeth Bennet longs to marry for love however she is constrained by her upbringing and social position. For this reason she does not fall in love with Mr Darcy, but rather accepts his marriage proposal. "There is a kind of fascination for me in tracing what really causes people pain, and imagining how it would be if I could do it differently—if others could. Its a melancholy pleasure to imagine all that is hidden in each character that one touches on." Austen wrote the first draft of the story in 1811, at the age of 41. It was published posthumously under the guidance of her nephew James Edward Austen-Leigh. cfa1e77820
